Due to transmission issues on a recent trip I had to leave my truck in Albany. GM wouldn’t warranty the work, their Re-unite nor rental reimbursement programs because I didn’t follow service specs, a big bummer for me as the truck was still within the warranty age and mileage limits. Regardless the service team at DEPAULA was great to work with and made a point to get my truck back to me no charge. Pretty cool considering I live 400+miles away in NH.

My 2015 Chevy Equinox had a recall for the wiper motor..called the dealership they got me a appt the next day. I dropped It off a day early..they fixed it that day 3 hrs later I picked up my car..the service is exceptional from the phone to check out..thank guys!!!

I went in for a service call; oil, tire rotation and alignment. Worked with the DePaula green team and Julio Jorge. Julio was excellent to work with. There was an issue after the servicing with a tire sensor. The dealership was able to fit me in the following morning to replace the sensor and Julio did a great job handling the situation and my visit.
Recently purchased a car from DePaula Chevrolet. By far the best experience I have had with dealerships. I’m sure everyone out there has their favorite and pros and cons, but this dealership went above and beyond to make my experience easy and smooth. I dealt with a salesman named Mo. Pulled into this dealership by accident. My car was having issues 3 hours into a 6 hour trip. They are amazing took my car in every single person greeted me asking if i needed help. I explained I was at the wrong place and they still welcomed me with open arms. Although the service advisor diligently kept me informed of the progress in attempting to identify and fix whatever module is involved in updating the Chevy app, he said that it would get to 90 to 95% and then drop. The right front tire was patched, and that fixed the issue with repetitive pressure loss, but this is the third tire which has required either patching or replacement, and I don't drive off-road.
Go to Toyota or Honda dealer. Chevy vehicles are not reliable and repairs are costly.
Came in for an oil change, and was told that I needed rear brakes my service advisor Julio didn't try to push Anything I didn't need he explained and listened to me !

She even told me about how I had the option to make payments on the repair, which really meant a lot to me. Got my chevy serviced here. Felt the prices were high and that I was upsold on high profit services that are only marginally beneficial. If you are really telling me my recent model year commuter car can't handle 10% ethanol, what does that mean about the inherent quality of a Chevy vehicle?

Was there for oil change, tire rotation, transmission service and NYS inspection. Everything but the Inspection was completed in short order and as expected. Inspection couldn’t be completed due to a few modules not resetting. Stopped by twice so far to have them checked after time and miles still awaiting reset. Service writer has been most accommodating.
Was a little disappointed with how long it took to complete the service. Had an appointment to get an d oil change and tire rotation. I added change the windshield wipers. Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. it took 3 hours to complete the service. I can see 1.5 hours but twice as long was very disappointing.
Parker was very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend working with him.

I've been saving this review for a while. Purchased a Chevy Spark from them years ago and wanted to leave an accurate review on the quality of the car they sold me. Had the car for almost 7 years and had almost no major issues. Now I do maintain my vehicles regularly and have an amazing mechanic but I was impressed with the vehicle I purchased from them and the price I got it for.
