Due to transmission issues on a recent trip I had to leave my truck in Albany. GM wouldn’t warranty the work, their Re-unite nor rental reimbursement programs because I didn’t follow service specs, a big bummer for me as the truck was still within the warranty age and mileage limits. Regardless the service team at DEPAULA was great to work with and made a point to get my truck back to me no charge. Pretty cool considering I live 400+miles away in NH. Next time I buy, I may just call DEPAULA! It would be a good excuse to go back and say hello to Alanna, Rich and all the other good people in their service dept.

My wife and I are extremely impressed with the experience we received at DEPAULA Chevrolet in Albany NY. We were in the market for new or used truck and from the moment we walked through the front door of the DEPAULA dealership we were welcomed and immediately taken care of. Our sales consultant Mo Toukhi introduced himself and pleasantly walked us through the process. We initially settled on a beautiful brand new Silverado, black on black with the four cylinder turbo. During the test drive the truck performed very well, plenty of torque and power. We haul a travel trailer to Texas to visit family during the winter season. That evening after some thought we decided to go with the V8 5.3L. I called Mo the following morning and he said no problem we can certainly upgrade to the V8. He made the process very easy. We stopped back to the dealership and took a test drive with the 5.3 V8 and now have the beautiful Silverado parked in our driveway!! We want to thank Mo for his professionalism and attention to detail. Thanks as well to the other staff members at DEPAULA Chevrolet that worked on our behalf.
