The team of Damian, Jay and Ethan were very professional and knowledgeable. The vehicle I was interested in was sold and Damian showed me some that were in my price range. I test drove a 2024 Trax RS which I agreed to purchase when Damian offered me a 2025 Trax for a couple hundred dollars more from a large selection from which I purchased a 2025 Trax LT. Jay did all the paperwork explaining all the options carefully. The next day when I picked the vehicle I was met by Damian and Jay and introduced to Ethan the technician. He physically showed me all the features that the car had. He also helped me set up Onstar which was a great help. The whole experience was a pleasure - not pressured. 👍

The overall experience was good. Julio was very friendly and helpful when I dropped off the car but was nowhere to be found when I picked it up. Also, while dropping off the car, he asked if I wanted the windshield fluid-filled. I said yes. The low warning light appeared on my dashboard within 5 minutes of driving away and using the windshield washer. It looks like the fluid was never filled. Why ask if you're not going to fill it? Update: Julio contacted me and apologized for the oversight of not filling the washer fluid. He asked me to stop by and they will fill it up. Great follow-up! I changed my review to 5 stars
