Mark the salesman, the business manager and the sales manager all went above and beyond to find discounts and rebates that made the vehicle affordable for me. By far the best experience I’ve had buying a car. My last 2 purchases were a nightmare. Last one was at a very large national used car dealer, I spent over 4 hours there doing paperwork when I went to pick up the car (which was not ready, it hadn’t been cleaned) not at DePaula though. In and out in about 1 hour including the Tech session. Mark made sure almost all the paperwork was signed by email and ready to go. Scott the tech assistant was very helpful and thorough also. Made sure I understood everything and that my phone was connected and all the apps were ready to go. Very impressed.

Service dept was great. Tech accidently cracked my windshield, but no biggie. They gave me a loaner silverado, same year as mine only an LTZ model. I actually like it better than my 2.7L. I'd trade it for the loaner if I could with little to no hesitation....20k miles less than the loaner and all. The 2.7 has been nothing but a headache since I've had it and prefer the v8 hands down. It's more throaty and more responsive and feels more like an actual truck. Not sure what I was thinking going with the 2.7 in the first place. Don’t be like me, do your research before buying a 2.7 Silverado. They’re hot garbage. And that’s nothing against DePaula but more so against Chevy. I think I wanted the 2.7 for the gas mileage….but there’s nothing like the power of an 8 cylinder. Make no mistake, the v8 is still KING in my opinion…‘ol reliable. I also really like the lady that does the loaner vehicles, she’s really great. Not sure what her name is
