She even told me about how I had the option to make payments on the repair, which really meant a lot to me. Got my chevy serviced here. Felt the prices were high and that I was upsold on high profit services that are only marginally beneficial. If you are really telling me my recent model year commuter car can't handle 10% ethanol, what does that mean about the inherent quality of a Chevy vehicle?
Had an amazing experience purchasing a truck from Mo Toukhi. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy, which made the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward. Was there for oil change, tire rotation, transmission service and NYS inspection. Everything but the Inspection was completed in short order and as expected. Inspection couldn’t be completed due to a few modules not resetting. Stopped by twice so far to have them checked after time and miles still awaiting reset. Service writer has been most accommodating.
Was a little disappointed with how long it took to complete the service. Had an appointment to get an d oil change and tire rotation. I added change the windshield wipers. Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. it took 3 hours to complete the service. I can see 1.5 hours but twice as long was very disappointing.
Parker was very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend working with him.

I've been saving this review for a while. Purchased a Chevy Spark from them years ago and wanted to leave an accurate review on the quality of the car they sold me. Had the car for almost 7 years and had almost no major issues. Now I do maintain my vehicles regularly and have an amazing mechanic but I was impressed with the vehicle I purchased from them and the price I got it for.

They sent me a code for 2 free ski tickets to Whiteface this year. It says in the small print that I must use the code on their website before the season ends. Their website has been down all season, and I cannot receive the tickets! I have called dozens of times, and they keep forwarding me to an answering machine! They are just waiting for the season to end, then they will reply. Come on! Never buying another vehicle here out of morals.
I had rear brakes replaced for the first time on my 2018 Colorado pickup. The Service Mgr. was cordial & thorough looking at my vehicle’s maintenance history and he kept his promise on waiting time for NYS Inspection & brake work. Good experience
So my wife and I contacted DePaula Chevrolet regarding a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica. After some initial confusion from the call center, we were put in contact with Younas the manager. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful. While waiting we had coffee and water that they offered and they had snacks too. The atmosphere in the waiting room was nice and very clean. It was a comfortable environment.

Yesterday I brought my car into DePaula Chevrolet because my heat was not working. I had a very positive experience, although it did take 3 hours. Everyone was courteous and kept me well informed about the progress of the car. The waiting room is plesant and well equipped. And the drinks and snacks are a nice plus.
The salesman Parker was able to help me consolidate my loan from my old vehicle and put me in a brand new Chevy equinox. He also pointed me in the right directions for charging stations, as I am new to using electric vehicles.

Top notch all the way. Great service, great communication, waiting area was comfortable , well equipped and generously supplied. I do wish they would actually use the nice status board that is prominently displayed in the waiting room. My vehicle was never shown, as it hasn't been for my last four visits. Seems odd not to use such a valuable tool after going to the expense of creating it, but it's a minor annoyance in the overall positive experience.
