Stay on the I-90 as it comes into town, and then take exit 5; then turn right onto Everett Rd and head south a few hundred feet until you reach Central Ave. Turn right onto Central Ave, then right again a moment later, and you will be here.
You can also get to us by hopping on NY-5 and heading east all the way until you reach Albany, where it becomes Central Ave. This will take you right to us, and you will find us on your left a few miles after you pass I-87 and just after passing I-90 in Albany. This route avoids using the highway and tolls, though Route 5 can take a bit longer depending on traffic.
